Volunteer Duties
- Part of the duties include maintaining inventory in our client Pick Room where we offer a selection of perishable foods to supplement the clients needs.
- Duties also include lifting and carrying food hampers, and bringing these hampers directly to the client.

Food donated to Interfaith needs to be sorted in categories that can then be stored and picked from.
It involves a lot of physical work, moving food in and out of warehouses, coolers, and freezers.
Work with several others, both volunteers and our warehouse staff.
Need to understand that all people must be treated with dignity and respect, no matter their differences or abilities.
Need to believe in the dignity of all people, preparing their hampers with respect and care.
